My Background
I grew up in a musical household in Silicon Valley — with a tuba-playing dad and a mom who sang barbershop. My first job was at a record store, and I went on to host a jazz radio show in college. Later, I spent years as a resident DJ at the Virgin Megastore in Times Square, where I got to play a spectacularly wide variety of music.
My first wedding gig was a favor — and a revelation. I realized how much I enjoyed helping others celebrate through music. Since then, I’ve been hooked.
My Terrain
While I am based in the Reno/Tahoe area, I'm available for events across Northern Nevada and the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as throughout the Northeast, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
